Whiskers is pleased to be the in-store adoption partner for PetSmart in Clifton Park, New York. Our relationship with PetSmart allows us to showcase our adoptable cats and kittens in a retail setting. We bring an assortment of cats to PetSmart's adoption center where they are on display for up to two weeks at a time. During their stay, the cats are cared for by Whiskers volunteers and are available to meet by appointment after you have applied online.
Whiskers has over 100 cats in its shelter and dozens more in foster care. The cats and kittens below are at PetSmart today!

Mr. Bojangles
I am a super smart cat who is very attentive and sensitive to my environment. I am very intune with my foster mom and have developed a special bond with her, but have to share her with too many other cats. I will need time to adjust, but hope to have my new family soon. I think a home with adults only may be best for me as I continue to transition to my new life. Because I survived alone for so long, I will need much patience and understanding from my new family to come out of my shell and warm up to the new people in my life. I am a very unique and beautiful cat!

Enzo is a handsome tiger that was rescued from the streets of Albany. He is looking for a quiet home that will work on his confidence. While still very shy he is accepting lots of pets and learning that humans are ok. He has so much potential since he’s only 6 months old. He would love a person to show him how to play and be a true lap cat.

I was living outside with my father (big Poppa) and his 2 sister wives. We were all trapped and my 14 siblings all found homes so I am very lonely. I’m not used to being alone and will do best with another cat. I’m shy right now but if you sit next to me and feed me Churus, I will be your best friend.
