Parfait

As soon as a new volunteer looks into my soulful eyes, they fall in love.  I watch the volunteers from a distance and wait for them to find time to pet me.  Everyone loves my long, thick grey and white hair.  I really like to be pet, but don't like to be picked up too much. 2015 update- Our sweet Parfait went to the Rainbow Bridge this year.  He developed several health issues and fought right up until the end, but eventually he knew it was his time to go and we were with him as he went over the Rainbow Bridge. If you would like to honor his memory you may consider sponsoring one of his cat friends in the shelter.  Parfait loved all cats and would often curl up and sleep with the other shelter cats. He will be missed by the volunteers and the cats alike.
