LOST - SMALL ONE YR OLD RUSSIAN BLUE

She’s a one year old, unvaccinated,unspayed female who my family neglected and let run away. I was saving up for her surgery to get everything the chip, her vaccines, we just couldn’t have her physically in the home without those papers. So i thought to trust my family with watching her and they vindictively left her outside. She’s been seen in the neighborhood by others, and was last spotted in an abandoned house three doors down from my family. So she’s not far, but I physically cannot get her as I am dealing with terrible heath issues. I just need to know she’ll be safe somewhere even if i cannot get her back i want her safe. please.
